Series | Wednesday Yoga Class
This class is an accessible yoga class designed for us to be adaptable mentally, emotionally and physically.
In addition to adaptability and flexibility, we will also focus on mobility and strength.
The class will start seated (in a chair), move to standing and strengthening poses, then will move to some reclined floor poses and end with a 15-minute guided journey.
Guaranteed 9-class series (3 bonus classes are likely to be offered on Wednesdays at 1pm).

Series | Tuesday Yoga Class
Practices supporting trauma, shadow, grief, and ancestral work
This is my signature offering is a fusion of modalities, working with restorative breathing (pranayama and breathwork), somatic awareness, light movement, meditation, astrological cycles and rhythms, and circle work.
We use surround-sound headphones for guided journeys, integration, and yoga nidra.
Bonus classes include the Saturday 9am Breathing and Brainwave Entrainment offerings.

Class | Restorative Breathwork
Gentle breathing for all levels to enhance breath capacity and also activate the relaxation response, paired with sound meditations with binaural beats to synchronize the left and right hemispheres of the brain.
Benefits of brainwave entrainment include: Relaxation, increased focus, creative breakthroughs, improved sleep, better thought processing, and stress relief. Surround sound headphones are used for this practice (available for use at the sanctuary).

The 2-Day Intensive | Reinventing Radical Self Care 1
Over the course of a weekend, you’ll move through practices that support your inner alignment, expand your capacity to meet life with grace, and rekindle the joy in your everyday moments. These sessions are about being—with your breath, your body, your truth—not about doing more or pushing harder.

This weekend offers an opportunity to pause, reconnect, and recharge. It's a time to re-member and re-group, bask in friendship, and be seen in our authentic truth.
A New Approach to Self-Care
Breathwork Intensives create a sacred space for this “new” form of self-care — one that nurtures both the body, the emotional body and the mind.

Restorative and flow breathwork is a journey that immerses you in self-exploration to release and align so you may express yourself with vibrancy and clarity.
In an online class, you settle into your restorative nest (a comfortable place, ideally with blankets and pillows) and use earbuds or headphones if you have them.
You will be guided through several rounds of breathing with the elements paired with high vibrational beats to keep you in rhythmic, circular breathing. The last half of class is a guided meditation for heart-healing through your inner sanctuary, followed by time for integration. We will end with a gathering in a circle for final words of affirmation or sharing.
These breathwork journeys foster a space for deep healing, personal discovery, and navigating challenging emotions and outdated beliefs, and patterns. You'll be supported in a safe and caring environment with fellow travelers.
