Through a gentle blend of somatics, breathwork, and ritual, this journey is designed to help you soften into your body, restore your nervous system, and root into a rhythm of self-care that feels natural, nourishing, and uniquely yours.

A Journey of Restoration & Ritual

Over the course of a weekend, you’ll move through practices that support your inner alignment, expand your capacity to meet life with grace, and rekindle the joy in your everyday moments. These sessions are about being—with your breath, your body, your truth—not about doing more or pushing harder.

The weekend is a blend of gentle learning (33%) and rich, embodied experience (67%); chock-full of tools and handouts to take home and implement into daily life.

This Intensive is Level 1: Sattva – The Good Life

This first intensive (series) is all about creating space. It’s about meeting yourself with tenderness and beginning to build a foundation for rituals that restore you. You’ll explore what it feels like to come back into harmony with your breath, your body, and your deeper knowing.

✨ In this weekend journey, we’ll explore:

  • The language of your nervous system—what your body is always trying to tell you

  • Gentle breath practices that bring ease, clarity, and calm

  • The power of gratitude, intention, and journaling to ground your days

  • Simple ways to tune into your Window of Welcome—your unique capacity to feel and flow

  • Practices that bring awareness to how you breathe, rest, and move

  • Embodiment tools for physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being

  • Creating a personal ritual diary and resource map for ongoing support

  • A felt sense approach to chronic pain—meeting it with softness, not resistance

  • Ancient breath practices like Hiranyagarba to open energy channels and support alignment

  • Use of sound, rhythm, and gentle touch to activate the vagus nerve and invite calm

And throughout it all, you’ll be guided to reconnect with your innate presence, your inner rhythm, and the deep well of peace that already lives within you.

You’ll also receive a beautiful foundational workbook filled with inspiration and ideas to support your journey.
