Hi, I’m Jenn.

My work lives at the meeting place of ancient wisdom, embodied practice, and modern nervous system care.

For more than 14 years, I’ve supported people through seasons of change, restoration, and self-discovery. Today, I bring together Bio-Tuning®, breathwork, yoga, somatic awareness, Jyotisha, mentoring, and community experiences.

Every part of this work is an invitation to listen more deeply, trust your own timing, and reconnect with the wisdom already living within you.

How I Came to This Work

I came to this work through lived experience, curiosity, and a deep desire to understand what helps us feel at home within ourselves.

There have been seasons of grief, the loss of people I loved, and a career that appeared successful while feeling increasingly disconnected from who I was becoming. More than twenty years of living with autoimmune illness also shaped my relationship with my body, energy, and time.

Yoga first gave me a place to listen. Breathwork, somatic practice, and meditation deepened that listening. Jyotisha offered another way to understand the rhythms and seasons of a life. More recently, Bio-Tuning® has added a new layer of exploration, working with sound, frequency, and the nervous system as another pathway back into coherence and regulation. Each practice has helped me recognize the wisdom carried within the body and the importance of living in relationship with our own natural timing.

Over time, these practices became part of how I lived, how I met change, and how I returned to myself. They also awakened a desire to create spaces where others could rest, reflect, and hear their own inner knowing more clearly.

That desire eventually became The Yoga Sanctuary.

The Yoga Sanctuary

In April 2017, I opened The Yoga Sanctuary in Barboursville, West Virginia, with a desire to create a warm, welcoming place for embodied practice, meaningful connection, and deep rest.

Over the years, it has grown into a home for yoga, breathwork, meditation, Jyotisha, mentoring, seasonal circles, workshops, Bio-Tuning®, and community gatherings. Each offering has its own rhythm, while the intention remains steady. You are invited to arrive as you are and meet yourself with honesty, compassion, and care.

People have often shared that this is the first place they have felt safe enough to relax deeply. I hold that reflection close. The atmosphere we create together matters. There is room here for laughter, tenderness, curiosity, quiet, and the full texture of being human.

The work also extends beyond the physical Sanctuary through online classes, mentoring, astrology, and community experiences. Wherever we meet, I want you to feel welcomed, respected, and supported in finding your own way home.

For more than 14 years, I have continued to study, practice, and teach across several interconnected fields. My training reflects the way I work, with attention to the body, breath, nervous system, inner life, and the larger rhythms that shape our experience.
