Restoratives is a deeply nourishing evening of rest, warmth, and quiet presence.
Settle into the peaceful atmosphere of the Sanctuary as we move through fully supported restorative yoga postures, gentle breathing practices, and guided meditation. Bolsters, blankets, blocks, and other props create comfort and ease, allowing the body to soften and the breath to become spacious.
Soft lighting, warmth, calming music, and the ambiance of the Sanctuary create an environment designed for deep restoration. This is time to receive, replenish your energy, and reconnect with the steadiness and peace already within you.
