The Four Desires: A Guided Breathwork Journey
You are invited to a four-part breathwork series exploring the ancient map of the Purusharthas — the four aims of life: Artha, Kama, Moksha, and Dharma.
Each session offers a sacred pause to breathe, reflect, and remember what it means to live from the wholeness of your being.
Together we’ll ground in dharma teachings, engage in guided breath and somatic practices, and integrate through journaling, doodling, and circle sharing. This is a space to recalibrate your nervous system, reclaim joy, and reorient toward purpose — one breath at a time.
November 8 | Artha — The Stable Foundation
Reclaim the ground beneath your feet. We begin with Artha — the call to create stability and right relationship with the material world. Through breath, you’ll explore what supports you, what sustains you, and what it truly means to feel safe enough to expand.
November 22 | Kama — The Right to Enjoy
Pleasure is sacred. In this session we turn toward Kama, the invitation to enjoy, play, and delight in being alive. You’ll awaken your creative life force and reconnect with the simple joy of being in a body that breathes.
December 6 | Moksha — Longing to Be Free
Freedom begins within. Through Moksha, we practice letting go — of control, of old narratives, of the striving that keeps us small. The breath becomes a bridge to the vastness of being, offering a taste of true liberation.
December 20 | Dharma — Awakening Purpose and Passion
The final circle weaves it all together. With Dharma, we explore how purpose naturally arises when we align with what is true and alive in us. This closing journey invites integration — bringing your insights home to the heart.
