I’m Jenn and I’m here to help you stay regulated & move your body so you can take appropriate action in the world.
In the Yoga I share, I teach others how to find and use their own tools such as awareness of movement, breath, sensation and thought to move beyond this denser place of mental clutter, belief, judgment and opinion to a deeper, more peaceful and lighter sense of ‘I’. It is from this place where we learn to navigate through our personal selves in a more authentic way, birthing our ‘Yes’, and generously sharing this authenticity in our community.
For a monthly membership of $20, you can attend all online yoga classes offered (minimum 1 per week) as well as access previous classes in the library hosted on a Facebook Group. Otherwise, yoga classes can be paid $10 each as desired.
If you need to defer payment or make a trade, message me privately and I will consider.
I bring to the table:
First we must find stability. Stability in self, and that requires being able to regulate our nervous system so we can be calm, engaged, impactful. I use various modalities including yoga, meditation, awareness, etc., to come back to this moment.
It is not enough to be in rest and digest. We must be able to hold that stability as well as be able to react and respond to our environment appropriately (run from the tiger when needed, or see there is no tiger). Rejuvenation is about building resiliency and capacity.
Online Yoga Classes
Weekly evening classes are 7:30-8:30pm and are gentle and restorative. Weekly morning classes are 10-11am and are accessible and rejuvenating.
$10/class. An online library of classes is provided via Facebook Group for monthly subscribers.
