In the Yoga I share, I teach others how to find and use their own tools such as awareness of movement, breath, sensation and thought to move beyond this denser place of mental clutter, belief, judgment and opinion to a deeper, more peaceful and lighter sense of ‘I’. It is from this place where we learn to navigate through our personal selves in a more authentic way, birthing our ‘Yes’, and generously sharing this authenticity in our community.
Weekly evening classes are Tuesdays 6:30-7:30pm and are gentle, yin and restorative. Friday morning classes are 10-11am and are active/yang classes that are accessible and rejuvenating. An online library of classes is provided via Facebook Group for monthly subscribers. Each month 90 minutes of new content is added to the library.
On Wednesday mornings at 8:30am, I teach a Vedic Yoga Cleansing and Preparation practice. The classes cleanse the physical and subtle body from ama and apana in preparation for more consciousness establishing itself in your home/body/vessel. This is a deeper, more advanced practice of yoga that anyone can do.
Monday evenings 7-8pm is an Enhanced Savasana guided relaxation.
