This series of six workshop-style sessions will take you beyond the physical practice of the asanas – which are the poses of yoga. We will explore yoga philosophy, anatomy, embodied movement, breathing, restorative practices, meditation and inquiry which will support you as you add a yoga practice into your life. This course includes handouts and homework (optional). If you are ready to start or return to a lasting and meaningful yoga practice, this is a great series to support your endeavors.
