Start your 2020 in a gentle and caring way in this energizing and educational yoga class.

Starting January 13 for six weeks on Mondays from 11am-12:30pm, a clinic style weekly yoga class where we will work on the basic alignments of popular yoga poses, including adaptations and modifications. We will also explore several breathing practices and meditation practices.

This is a Level 2 class, meaning that there will be poses that are weight bearing on knees, wrists and shoulders. Adaptations are offered to make all poses accessible. You are welcome to message me for more information or ask any questions!
