I also really love practicing the physical postures, finding the stillness and connection and then really exploring the magic that happens in that quietness. Whether it is an intense, strengthening physical posture or a nourishing pose – each filling the body in new and different ways – it mesmerizes me… This. Body. Wow! There is so much to learn and explore.
In this 3-class series we will be exploring awareness through movement and stillness, deepening our yoga practice through connecting and bringing in awareness, strengthening the connection and physical body and nourishing ourselves with our loving presence. In this series, classes will include meditation, inquiry, discussion and practice. Each class stands on its own but the series is also designed to build upon the previous class. Jenn Brooks is an RYT-500 and has been teaching yoga since 2012 having completed Advanced Hatha Yoga Teacher Training and Self Awareness Programs with Anna Pittman of The Breathing Space in Blacksburg, Virginia. She continues deepen her relationship to Self through Anna’s extended programs and other Master teachers. Jenn’s classes reflect her soft, personal practice, focusing on the subtleties of the inner body such as stillness, movement, breath, sensation and vibration.
